Tea light gift box

The inspiration for my last post came from a very talented crafter called Pootles. She make amazing little packages from card I highly recommend you check out her blog. I hope that someday my work can be as inspiring as hers. This little box is so quick and easy to make, I used it to hold 4 little tea lights but it could be used for so much more. I hope the measurements and the image showing where to cut is clear. I’m not used with doing post showing how to construct, but I can only get better! And hopefully someday I will gather together the confidence to make a video!

teacher gifts 2015Once the card stock is cut and scored to size small incisions like the image below should be made, this makes the folds look neat and professional. I used strong double sided tape to hold everything in place.

This is how your card stock should look before folding.
